What does the quote form collect?
Seven things, and only because they are what a bond quote needs:

- Phone
- Email, if you want to give one
- License number, if you have one
- State: California, Oregon, or Arizona
- What you need, in your own words
If an underwriter later needs something else for a specific bond, that comes up on a call, not through this website.
Where does the form send it?
Pressing send opens your own email app with the request filled in and addressed to [email protected]. The message leaves from your account, so you keep a copy in your sent folder. This website has no database and no server that receives form posts. Nothing you type here is stored on this website.
Does this website use cookies or trackers?
No. The pages are static HTML and CSS with one JavaScript file that handles scrolling effects, the accordions, and the form handoff. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third party script, and no cookie set by this website. You can confirm that by viewing the page source.
Do you sell my information?
No. Information you send us is used to quote and place your bond and to answer your questions. It is shared only with the surety companies and insurers needed to quote and place your bond, and with the state board when the bond filing requires it. It is not sold and it is not rented.
